10 Years Off Sugar: What a Way to Celebrate — Really Sick!

Yesterday was my big day being 10 years off sugar. I had a nice celebration yesterday -- listen to my radio show with 15 experts -- that is, untill I got a really bad case of food poisoning. I'm off to bed again. Spent half the night sick. So no follow-up radio show today with Curt Ellis, the filmmaker of "King Corn." Will write later.
