Today marked a first for the Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Radio Show. With the help of the inspiring, popular Marla Cilley (a.k.a. FlyLady), I hosted the first live, question-and-answer hour on BlogTalkRadio.com. (This is the innovative site, where both FlyLady and I host our radio shows.) What a blast!
