Apidra® & Levemir® - Both may be used with BD Needles

If you and your doctor choose to use Apidra or Levemir, ask your doctor to specify BD pen needles or syringes. For Apidra with the Sanofi-Aventis OptiClik pen, a reusable insulin delivery device, we recommend using BD pen needles.
